Welcome at the Noi Bai airport, transfer to hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, we drive to Bac Kan province. We will have a stop in Thai Nguyen city. A quick visit to Thai Nguyen Museum of Ethnology to learn about the ethnic minorities in northern Vietnam. Continue to Bac Kan for lunch.

After lunchtime, we continue to Ba Be Lake which was recognized as a “Special National Site” of Vietnam in 2012. Upon arrival, transfer to Pac Ngoi Village by boat. Overnight at a local house.

Breakfast at the homestay. Transfer to the starting point where we begin our trekking day to the villages of Dzao and H’Mong ethnic minorities. Picnic lunch in Lom village. After lunch, we walk to Nam Cuong market one of the typical markets of local people. We walk back to Pac Ngoi. Enjoy swimming if the weather is fine. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.

After breakfast, drive to Cao Bang city (around 90km). Chance to know more about ethnic minorities in the North West of Vietnam such as H’mong, Zao, Tho and Nung… We will arrive in Cao Bang before noon.

Take a short trek to visit a village of local people then back to Cao Bang. Overnight at a hotel in Cao Bang city.

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Ban Gioc waterfalls near the Chinese border, visit the beautiful waterfalls. The waterfall falls thirty meters. It is separated into three falls by rocks and trees, and the thundering effect of the water hitting the cliffs can be heard from afar. Chance to contemplate the beautiful landscapes, limestone karts formations soar from the verdant rice paddies of the surrounding farms of local ethnic minorities. Along the way, you’ll see Tay, Hmong and Dzao ethnic minority groups.

Return to Cao Bang and overnight at your hotel.

Drive to Lang Son. Visit Tam Thanh, Tien cave, border pass, Dong Dang border market and Dong Kinh market. Overnight in Lang Son.

Leave Lang Son for Halong city.

Arrive in Halong around noon, we board a cruise ship for a wonderful cruise on the emerald green water of Halong Bay among more than 1,600 spectacular limestone islands and islets with a nice seafood lunch served on board.

Then it is your pleasure time for swimming and sunbathing. In the evening, you will have dinner on board while watching the sunset on the bay. Tonight, you will experience a memorable overnight onboard.

Enjoy sunrise over the Bay from the sundeck.

Then have a light breakfast: cakes, coffee, tea… Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Then visit a beautiful cave in Halong Bay.  Check out cabins – Luggage collection.

The cruise ship returns to the wharf while you have brunch served on board.

Return to Hanoi by bus. Free time for  Overnight in Hanoi.

Free at leisure for shopping, relaxation… till transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to next destination. End of service. .
